Who is Lola?

A creative strategist with a passion for connecting brands to their audience through compelling content and authentic community-building. Whether in health and wellness, education, sports, or beyond — I’m all about turning ideas into impact.

But at the end of the day, I’m just a regular chick who loves shopping and iced coffee. So, read on and get to know me!

Born in Bucks County, PA and raised in Northeast Philly, I’m a Philly girl through and through — yes, I’m an Eagles fan... kind of. My Commander-loving father is still struggling to accept this. GO BIRDS... and Commanders? Yeah, it’s complicated.

As an only child, I got my social fix as an all-star cheerleader from age six through high school. I cheered all the way into college, and my mom never let me quit — even after she and my dad uprooted us to Maryland my sophomore year of high school. Criminal, I know.

I attended the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University and am a proud Owl. I earned my B.S. in Media Studies and Production and a minor in Sport Management. As a second-generation Temple grad and former cheerleader, TU holds a special place in my heart. TUMF!

After college, I launched my own social media management company, Bunny Creative. I started freelancing, creating digital designs and content for student-athletes — blending my love of sports and creativity.

Chasing a stable salary (and the dream of moving out of my parents' house), I jumped into the 9-5 world with a sales role at the Washington Commanders. Cold calling? Not my thing. But working for my dad’s favorite team and sitting at a desk overlooking the stadium? Never a complaint.

That chapter led me to the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, where I’ve grown as a media and communications professional. From managing social channels to collaborating across schools and departments, I’ve had the privilege of telling meaningful stories and helping shape a strong digital presence while promoting programs, events, and student life.

And because I like to stay busy, I also got Bunny Creative back in business — working with Natalie Rose Beauty in Media, PA. Biased or not, they’re one of the best med spas in the tri-state area. If you’ve made it this far and need a facial, Botox, or a spray tan, tell them I sent you. Shameless plug — I’m in marketing, what do you expect?

Now, for the role that matters most: being a mother. Yes, I stay up late for him. Yes, I’m always handing out snacks. He’s given me so much purpose and I love him wholeheartedly — all four legs of him. Pop Smoke Miggins is my everything. And yes, he’s named after the legendary New York drill rapper, Pop Smoke. Gone too soon. Rest easy, Woo.

All jokes aside, I’m a friend to many, family to tons, sibling to none — but I’ve been lucky enough to build an amazing community of people I love dearly. I force them to shop, bed rot, and laugh at TikToks with me any chance I get. My parents are my best friends and have shaped me into the woman I’m proud to be today.

Thanks for reading this far — maybe I should’ve been a writer. I don’t know... but I hope you enjoyed.

xx,

Lola aka Bunny ;)
